Cancellation Policy

Hart of Nails Booking Policy Location – The exact address will be sent 30 minutes before your appointment. Use the Neighborhood Walmart on Cliffdale as a reference point. Arrival – Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation to respect other clients’ time. Guests – Please come alone, as space is limited. Comfort – Wear comfortable clothing, as services may last over two hours. Communication – Address all questions or concerns before your appointment time. Kiddie Appointments – An adult over 18 must remain present for the full duration of the appointment. Design & Services – Design inspiration is required when booking. – Changes must be communicated in advance. – For “Artist’s Choice” services, the technician will select the design, shape, and length. Payments – Cash, credit cards, and Afterpay are accepted. – Processing fees apply to card/Afterpay balances. No fees for cash payments. – A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book. Remaining balance is due after service. Cancellations – Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to retain your deposit. – Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. – No-shows may be blocked from future appointments. Refunds & Fixes – No refunds. – Contact us within 72 hours for service concerns or adjustments. – Deposits are only refundable if Hart of Nails cancels or due to inclement weather. Fill-Ins – Recommended every 3–4 weeks. – Excessive growth may result in a rebalance fee. Photography – We may take photos of your nails. If you do not consent, please let us know in advance.
