We’ll review your request and email you with:

• A price quote for your custom design

• Any suggested changes or confirmations for colors, shape, length, and add-ons

You’ll be able to approve the final design details by replying to that email.

Once the design is confirmed, an invoice will be emailed to you.
After the invoice is paid, you will receive a payment receipt for your records.

After payment is received, your custom set will enter production.
Please note:

• Custom orders may require specific products or materials to be purchased.

• Because of this, custom orders are unable to be guaranteed as rushed, and we cannot guarantee rushed processing or exact-by dates.
  If you have a target date, we will do our best to let you know if it’s realistic before you pay your invoice.
